Corporal Damudu Bzibu, around 9pm on March 26th allegedly lured and raped a 4-year-old girl identified as Helen her in Kassa Barakin Ladi Local Government Area. He has been dismissed from the Plateau State
Police Command. Helen's father found blood gushing from her vagina and upon serious enquiry, the girl told him it was uncle Damudu that raped her.
He is to be charged to court soon.
