Terrorists Attack Newspaper House in France Kill 12, Injure 12 Others... Photos and More...

According to the French police, 2 police officers and 10 others including the editor and four cartoonists were shot dead in a terrorist attack at the France office of the newspaper, Charlie Hebdo. Witnesses said that at least two gunmen were involved, and that they were seen armed with AK-47s and pump-action shotguns and a rocket launcher. Four of France’s best-known satirical cartoonists, including the magazine's editor, were among the dead. A further 12 people were injured.
Charlie Hebdo has come under pressure ever since it published a Muhammad issue in 2011 and other follow-ups.. Its website has been hacked, and Charbonnier has needed police protection. Riot police guarded the magazine's offices after the 2012 issue hit the stands. The newspaper is known to publish cartoons of the pope, political leaders and more.
